Lost and Stolen Packages: 

nailzval is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If a package is lost or stolen the following steps are required. 

• Call the Carrier and get specific details regarding your delivery. 

• Search the entire perimeter of your home and mailbox. 

• Inquire with your neighbors. 

• File a report with your local police department and follow up with your carrier.
